› How to use the watchlist workflow + status meanings
Workflow:
- Watching — bookmarked but no action yet. Default state.
- Bid — you placed a bid (auction) or contacted the dealer. Fill in Bid €.
- Won — your bid won / dealer accepted. Move toward import.
- Lost — you got outbid or dealer sold elsewhere. Keep for calibration.
- Landed — car arrived in Cyprus; registration / fix work in progress.
- Sold — listed and sold in Cyprus. Fill in Sold € for actual P&L vs est. margin.
Why this matters: over a few cycles the gap between estimated margin and actual sold price tells you whether the tool's Cyprus comps are pessimistic, optimistic, or accurate for each model. That's how you tune the score and stop second-guessing.
